My passion for Boynton Beach goes beyond being a resident

Hi, I’m Rebecca Shelton, and for nearly two decades, I’ve been proud to call Boynton Beach my home. Since moving here in 2005, I’ve had the privilege of being an active member of our vibrant and diverse community. I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges our city has faced and the incredible potential we have to grow and thrive together. My passion for Boynton Beach goes beyond being a resident—I’m deeply committed to making our city a place where every voice is heard, every neighborhood is cared for, and every resident can take pride in calling this home.

I’ve been a tireless advocate for change throughout my time in Boynton Beach. Whether working with local leaders to improve safety measures, volunteering for neighborhood cleanups, or supporting small businesses, I’ve always believed that progress begins with action. My experience in public service and community engagement has given me the tools to lead with integrity, collaboration, and a vision for a better future.

As a proud member of this community, I’ve built lasting relationships with residents, business owners, and local organizations. I understand our city’s unique challenges, from ensuring our neighborhoods are safe and clean to supporting the backbone of our local economy and small businesses. I believe in a government that works for its people, listens, adapts, and always puts the needs of residents first.

If elected as your Mayor, I will bring my passion, dedication, and deep understanding of Boynton Beach to City Hall. My priorities will focus on creating a transparent government where everyone feels represented, fostering sustainable growth that protects our natural resources, and championing community-driven solutions to improve our quality of life. Together, we can create a Boynton Beach that meets today’s challenges and builds a brighter future for future generations.

Boynton Beach has given so much to me, and now, I’m ready to give back by serving as your next Mayor. Let’s work together to make our city everything we know it can be.
